The equipment adopts V conveying roller system or rubber wheel to delivery steel pipe. When steel pipe moves forward on conveyor, it will rotate at the same time. When steel pipe passes through blasting area, the high speed of steel shots will hit the surface of steel tube and do blasting. The equipment is widely used in petroleum oil & gas, steel pipe stockholders, chemical, grid engineering and boiler etc.
The equipment is comprised of in-feeding roller conveyor, shot blasting chamber, blasting turbine, shots recycle system, dust removing system, out-feeding roller conveyor and electrical control system etc.
